You can book directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred experience and date, complete the booking form, and pay your deposit securely online. We’ll confirm your booking and send you everything you need to prepare.
Yes — your happiness is our priority. If you complete the full tour and feel it didn’t live up to what we promised, let us know and we’ll refund you in full. (Please see our Booking & Cancellation Terms for details.)
Our tours are led by passionate local guides, creative specialists, and expert facilitators who know each location inside out. You’ll also have a dedicated trip manager to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Absolutely! Many of our guests travel solo. You’ll have your own private room and the chance to connect with like-minded adventurers.
If we ever need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to another departure at no extra cost.
- Cancel 60+ days before departure: 100% refund.
- Cancel 30–59 days before departure: 80% refund.
- Cancel less than 30 days before departure: No refund, but we’ll do our best to help you reschedule where possible.
Your deposit is included in this policy — there are no hidden fees.
Your booking is secure. Atlas & Nation uses a fully compliant independent trust account to safeguard your payments — your money is only used to pay for your tour. If we ever went out of business, your funds would be fully protected and refunded according to local financial protection regulations.
If we ever need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as not meeting minimum group numbers or force majeure events), you’ll have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to another departure at no extra cost.
Yes — we offer flexible payment plans to help you budget for your adventure. Pay a deposit to secure your place, then split the remaining balance into two additional payments. Your final payment is due no later than 30 days before departure.
Please note: If your tour starts within 30 days of booking, full payment will be required upfront and payment plans won’t be available.
Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests and must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and any activities included in your tour.
We keep our groups small — usually 8 to 10 people — to ensure a more personal, flexible experience and minimal impact on local communities.
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs and restrictions. Please let us know when you book, and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your chosen itinerary.
Atlas & Nation tours are designed for adult travellers aged 18 and over. Some activities include mature themes, adventurous travel, or physically demanding elements. If you’re planning a private family group tour, please contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.
